Emil Hallin joined GIFS as an adjunct member of the physics and engineering physics department at the University of Saskatchewan and former director of strategic scientific development at the Canadian Light Source. Emil is an expert in novel imaging techniques and leads P2IRC in the determination of which next-generation imaging technologies, when applied to whole-plant phenotyping, will contribute the most significant advances to high-throughput data acquisition.
