Edalyn was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 2014. In 2022, she passed the CFE and has recently been designated as a CPA.

Her work experience includes finance-related roles at the University of Saskatchewan from 2016 to 2019. Prior to joining GIFS, Edalyn also worked as a Business Auditor at the Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance for four years, where she conducted provincial tax audits. She also served as a Financial Analyst for the Ministry’s Revenue Division.
